Acceptance and eligibility
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and API keys, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you authorize.
Service use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your account term and according to these terms. We may update, add, or remove features. Cost calculations depend on usage data and provider pricing and can be estimates. You remain responsible for provider charges and billing verification.
Your data
You keep ownership of data that you submit to the service. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and display that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and meet legal duties. You confirm that you have rights and permissions needed to submit the data.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Do not violate intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Do not introduce malware, disrupt systems, bypass limits, or probe security without written permission.
- Do not reverse engineer or resell the service except where law or a written agreement permits it.
- Do not use the service to build a competing product from non-public service elements.
Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans, prices, limits, billing periods, taxes, and renewal terms are shown when you subscribe. Charges are non-refundable except where law or written terms require otherwise. We may change prices with advance notice. Failure to pay can result in plan limits, suspension, or termination.
Third-party services
The service can connect with third-party AI providers, payment processors, and other services. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of their services. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Our property and feedback
We and our licensors own the service, software, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property. If you give feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or harm to the service or others. Terms that must continue by nature survive termination.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Token Tracker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or fees you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify AI Token Tracker from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your data, your unlawful or prohibited use of the service, or your violation of these terms or third-party rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will post updated terms and change the effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept updated terms. If a term is unenforceable, remaining terms stay in effect. For questions, email support@aitokentracker.dev.
